ERC Judicial Forum

The ERC Judicial Forum held May 21, 2002, at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial featured four judges seeking reelection.

The forum gave citizens an opportunity to understand the issues, and to ask questions.

Participating were Judge Chris Murray of the Michigan Court of Appeals (above), and Judge Michael Hathaway (right).

Although not standing for reelection this year, Judge Timothy M. Kenny (left) also participated.

The forum agenda also included Judges Ulysses Boykin (right) and Lita Popke (below) from the Wayne County Circuit Court.

Joining them on the November ballot are these judges who have participated in prior ERC events: William Giovan, Arthur Lombard, Susan Neilson and Michael Talbot.

Following the forum, by a vote of two-thirds of its members, the Eastside Republican Club voted to endorse a number of judges who will appear on the nonpartisan portion of the November General Election ballot.
